SETTLEMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR SAME DAY CLEARED PAYMENT

1. Payment must be made by same day cleared payment (‘SCP’)

2. Use office@gslegal.co.nz when setting up the SCP

3. Our trust account details are: ANZ Gisborne, No. 01-0635-0110000-02

4. A copy of our trust account deposit slip is reproduced below

5. For your own protection, please verify our trust account details:

a) by phone, or
b) in the Barristers and Solicitors Directory

6. Use this wording for your undertaking:

We undertake that we have instructed our Bank to pay $_______ into our trust account by SCP (as defined in Guideline 6.2 of the PLS Guidelines) at _______ am/pm today as shown in the attached SCP confirmation from our bank.  We undertake that the payment:

a) is in cleared funds, and
b) shall not be cancelled, reversed or charged

7. Fax your undertaking at SCP confirmation to us at (06) 867 9913 before 4.00pm on settlement date. For your own protection, verify our fax number as per 5 above

8. Failure to settle as per our settlement requirements shall be treated as late settlement.
